I have a profile with Mandy, but I don't visit it often any more. Majority of their listings are unpaid projects and I'm slowly loosing interest in this website. Nothing wrong with it thou. I had an audition though them and got a call back for a second one but I didn't go. It was a speaking (unpaid) part, but there was something about the director (student) that I didn't like and my gut told me not to go (evening audition), so I didn't. I always listen to my gut (well, almost always). I also got an unpaid job in a music video.
