Agency - they don't charge for a membership.
They deduct commission from your earnings only when you get a job. I assume they only put you forward for paid work.
It's 10% extra and 20% modelling work.

I don't have a profile on their website so I don't know much about it. They are an agency and I don't have a great availability, so that's the reason.
They don't seem to have a tag for browsing jobs, so I'm not sure if they list any for members to apply for. I'm guessing not.
Basically you wait for them to contact you and find you suitable jobs.
